Background
Stanzi has held executive and commercial leadership roles with several public companies. Her 30 years of experience include 17 years at Danaher in 3 different Operating Companies, plus 10 years in Packaged/Consumer Goods including The Gillette Company and Philips Electronics. The last few years she has been consulting across various industries.
Stanzi has held global leadership roles in North America, Asia, and Europe. She has solved complex challenges and delivered above-industry topline and profit growth by employing lean principles in growth strategies to free up resources for additional growth initiatives. She has led global strategic plan developments in multiple organizations. As Commercial President EMEA for Danaher’s Dental business (now Envista), she has driven Commercial Excellence through rigorous processes and distribution optimization. In every senior leadership role, she has assessed the organization’s structure and capabilities, and drove the necessary changes for sustainable results.. Stanzi holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming, and an MBA from Indiana University.
